Hitting Lessons:
I will build and shape your swing using the same exact mechanics as Major League Hitters such as Barry Bonds, Manny Ramirez, Albert Pujols and many others. We will work on all aspects of the mechanics of the swing from the Stance/Posture, Load, Shift/Stride, Rotation, Contact, Extension, Follow Thru as well as Hitting Approach, Timing, Vision and the Mental Side of Hitting.

Swing Analysis for Baseball and Softball
Upload your baseball swing video to receive a complete professional analysis from Coach Lisle.
Please send up to 2 clips (8 MB max and in ANY video format) to coachlisle@coachlisle.com. Once you have purchased the baseball swing analysis (below) and sent the clip to us, we will provide you with a complete analysis with voice-over technology and embedded graphics. The baseball swing analysis will be sent back to you so you can play and hear the analysis through your home computer. I will give drills that will help your swing as well.
